Being a family photographer in Sarasota Florida is life changing compared to a 9-5 job back home in New Hampshire. Photography for me is about picking up that camera and capturing a fleeting moment that your eyes and heart witness in an atmosphere worthy of documenting. I began photography back in 2020 as a hobby. That hobby quickly became a profession when I realized people were offering to pay me for my work. Before I realized my art was “work” I soon came to find out if you are good at something and it requires your time then you should probably find a way to make it your career! Now I am a family and maternity photographer in Sarasota.

Truly the passion I have comes from being a mom myself. Once I realized how quickly my sons curls grew out and how he was onto the next phase in his life I KNEW I had to document these ever changing moments in my clients lives. I would be doing a dishonor to not capture these details that I always longed for in my own life. Had I known the special effect this would have held on me when my kiddos were younger I would have jumped on the idea of filling my home with artsy photos of their ever changing features long ago. Documenting families in Sarasota has been the second biggest blessing in my life. I’m sure you can guess the first!
