What is the best shelling beach in Venice Florida?

Looking for sea shells is a fun activity while visiting the Venice area. When I visit the beaches, my children and I collect hundreds of shells and do our own little artsy things with them! I am a family photographer in Venice FL and I often visit the Venice area quite often during sunset time to photograph families and maternity sessions so take it from me! Which beach is the best for collecting shells? Read below to see my thoughts!

Caspersen Beach

Caspersen is known for sea shell finds and also shark teeth! My personal opinion is that this beach is the best for finding sea shells in Venice FL. This beach offers typically a less crowd, sparkling blue water and you will most likely always leave with a bucket of shark teeth! Along with the epic sea shell finds there are also rocks along the shoreline that make for a great photography spot! You may occasionally see photographers (or me) here during sunset for a family or maternity photoshoot.

Venice Beach offers some of the best beaches for photographers to capture your families memories to last a life time.
